Refund policy
Thank you for purchasing your items through AASCF!
VARSITY SHOE WARRANTY
AASCF can warranty Varsity shoes against manufacturing issues for a period of 3 months from date of purchase. Damage to shoes beyond this point is considered natural wear and tear due to the high impact of the sport of Cheer. If you believe your shoe warrants replacement under the above conditions, please return to us in undamaged original packaging with the receipt and we will contact Varsity for approval and replacement of pair.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
If you would like to exchange your item, you are entitled to return & exchange within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned* in the original condition in which it was supplied - in an unused, undamaged, resalable condition and in original packing. *You will be required to pay for postage for both returns & replacement item. For exchanges, we will match how you have sent them in the post.
If you would like a different item at a price difference, you will be required to pay the difference, or receive a credit if the new item cost is less. If there is nothing currently available that you would like to exchange for, you are entitled to a gift voucher for the cost of the purchased item. Gift vouchers may be used at any AASCF competition or online and are valid for 3 years.
Here at AASCF we want our clients to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Refunds are available for manufacturing issues with the items during the first three months of purchase, anything beyond three months of purchase is considered natural wear and tear. Refunds are not issued for change of mind. If you believe you have a faulty garment, please email us at orders@aascf.com.au with your receipt, description & photographs of the product.
Once approved by our team, you will receive payment back onto your original transaction.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
